北海道は1869年に命名されて以来、その自然とテクノロジーの調和が世界的に注目されています。北海道の出島であるEZO HUB TOKYOの入り口には、道行く人々に手を振るフレンドリーな黄色いヒグマのアートワークが完成しました。
黄色は希望や繁栄、目覚めを象徴し、ヒグマのモチーフは長い冬眠から目覚め、東京湾のウォーターフロントエリアで希望を胸に未来を夢見る姿を表現しています。このアートワークが北海道らしさとイノベーションが融合する本施設を訪れる人々に明るい未来を予感させる象徴となることを願います。
Since its naming in 1869, Hokkaido has garnered global attention for its harmony of nature and technology. At the entrance of EZO HUB TOKYO, Hokkaido’s outpost, a friendly yellow bear artwork, waving to passersby, has been completed.
The color yellow symbolizes hope, prosperity, and awakening, while the bear motif represents awakening from a long hibernation, dreaming of the future with hope on the Tokyo Bay waterfront area. We hope this artwork becomes a symbol that inspires visitors with a sense of a bright future, embodying the fusion of Hokkaido’s essence and innovation.
